USES: Add to bread doughs or savoury pastry. Fry in oil before adding green vegetables or potatoes.

1 tbsp refill = approx 7 grams
4 tbsp refill = approx 29 grams (fits standard supermarket spice jar)
8 tbsp refill = approx 65 grams (fits Spicery stackable tins)
